Hi Guys n Girls,

If you aren't using the Exchange 5.5 Directory at all, and just have the
Exchange 5.5 Mailboxes linked against user accounts, do you still need
the ADC?

Yes it is possible to install Exchange 5.5 on Win2K.
And is correct that you require ADC to connect between
 AD with your Exchange mailbox database.
