Yes, u can have.

1. Make a DNS entry for the exchange server for new domain. Your DNS should
point to the same IP now for both domain.

*       abc.com      MX        -.-.-.-
*       bcd.com      MX        -.-.-.-

2. In the IMS - Routing, enter the second domain to accept the messages for.

 
3. Create ur new users for the 2nd domain by creating their e-mail ID's with
the new domain ( abc@xxxxxxx <mailto:abc@xxxxxxx> )
