Is it possible ?

Hi Group,
We have an exchange 5.5 sp4 server on nt 4.0 sp6 with 120 users is it
possible to mointor all mail we receive and send.
Is it possible to make a public folder were all mail we receive or send will
be copy to ?
Right know all people can send all the info from our mail system without we
will be able to see what the user is sending. Of cause we will info the
users about it.
