Intergration with ISA server

Hi,

I have one Exchange 2000, and it worked fine before I install ISA server
on the same machine. Right now, I cannot send/receive message, but I can
access internet from internal system. Also, I cannot use OWA from Internal
and outside. Would you please guide me how to fix it?
