I am trying to download mail from an isp.

What are you trying to do - are you trying to let clients connect with Pop3 or 
are you trying to get you're mail from a pop3 account at an ISP? 
 
The 1st should work without any connectors, and the later requires some 3rd 
party software (try www.exchangepop3.com <http://www.exchangepop3.com/> ), 
though if you can, it is better to come up with an SMTP solution.
