K. That will be easy =)

Any ideas on the other part? How would you go about configuring a single
Exchange server for receiving e-mail for multiple Internet domains and doing
it in a way that Webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxx would have a separate mailbox than
Webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxx?

No, you must setup an MX record for each specific host. The record would
look like:

servername.domain.com. IN MX 5 servername.domain.com.

and the A record of:

servername.domain.com. IN A 1.2.3.4

-----------
Are your individual domains managed as Recipient Policies? Are
you able to receive separate e-mail at Webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxx and
Webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxx or do they end up in a single mailbox?
