Hello Ken,
Shouldn't cause problems, just install the E2K3 server into your current
E2K Administrative Group.
Also remember to run ForestPrep & DomainPrep, so that you prepare your
W2K AD for E2K3.

Subject: [exchangelist] Install E3K in E2K environment
http://www.MSExchange.org/
Hi,
I am going to be installing E3K into our existing E2K environment, and I
want
to keep the E2K server as the (for lack of a better word) primary
exchange
server. I don't want the E3K to take over the system. At least not yet.
I
have looked for anything that would allow this to happen, but haven't
found
any documents to show that the E3K would take over. BTW.... we have to
do
this on a live system (not by choice, or my choice)
Can anyone let me know if I should have any worries?
Thanks
Ken
