I think you might have to throw in another 100Gig + Hardrive in your server.
Otherwise there is no way the defrag is going to be successful. I sufggest in
future you try and keep the database in check by doing routine defrags
especially with the number of mailboxes you have. Have you implemented mailbox
size limits for your users? This might also be a good idea if you havent.

Thanks for the update.
But in my case my Information store size is nearly 100GB and my HDD is 136 GB
.I read in MSExchange.org that the free space should be 110%. How can i do this

A search of the archives or of MSExchange.org or going aGoogling will tell
you very quickly that an off-line defragmentation is a good idea.
And if you ask how to perform an off-line defragmentation...
