support.microsoft.com is a good idea. It lists several hits on those
error ID's.

Hi anyone who can help me -  It is the event log I get when my 5.5 sp4
Information  store stops (which occurs one/two times in a week).
 
Kindly interpret the terms used in the log. Who can I approch to get the
IDs interpretted after all.

Unexpected error <0xc0040000 - Network problems are preventing
connection
to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer. Microsoft Exchange Server
