[ExchangeList] InetOrgPerson Fix question

I have a domain running Windows 2000 SP4 DCs and an Exchange 2000 SP3
server. I am getting ready to introduce a Windows 2003 R2 DC into the
environment.
I know I need to update the schema on the DCs - but do I need to do the
InetOrgPerson fix on the Exchange server? I thought SP3 fixed that issue.
I done my homework but can't find a definitive article on the issue.
