A log file of all changes and the summary configuration are made to
\Documents and Settings\<accountname>\My Documents\Exchange Internet
Mail Wizard.log.
<accountname> is the account which executed the Internet Mail Wizard.
What are the contents of that logfile?

What do the SMTP logs say?
What are the errors?
Did you run the Internet mail Wizard on the 2003 server?

I just deployed Exchange 2003 into an evnvironment with a Exchange 2000
Server. I moved over all the mailboxes and public folders to the new
E2k3 server. I am trying to decomission the Excghang 2000 box; Once I
configure the firewall to redirect SMTP traffic to the Exhange 2K3
server, email stop coming in. DNS and all firewall entries are
configured correctly. Is the something I have missed to configure on the
Exchange 2k3 box to allow incoming messages?
