Never done this, but I think u can export your contacts to an excel file
(file->export and import wizard), transform you .xls file to a .csv file,
and then import the csv to you AD (create an OU before :)) by csvde -i -f

Next, you have, for each contacts imported in your AD, to set to "FALSE"
the msExchHideFromAddressLists atribute in order for your contacts to
appear in the exchange GAL.

An other way is to configure LDAP protocol for your outlook
(2k/2k2/2k3/express)in order to query your AD, so the contacts will be
visible without the msExchHideFromAddressLists set to FALSE.
