eseutil is located in Exchsrvr\bin..
and in dos prompt,, after type eseutil /? , You can know
how to do..
Actually , in your case, Type like this..
>eseutil /d database name /t target drive:temp.edb

Excuse my ignorance, but what does eseuti do??
When you say isinteg is for soft recovery, does this mean that it will
not assist with the potentially corrupted store?

why don't u use eseuti for lessening your db?
isinteg is for soft recovery not for your object..

We are experiencing some difficulty with backing up our exchange
server(5.5 on NT4.0). Through the various phases, we have had a
specialist inform us that our information store is excessively large,
which could be an indication of it being corrupt.
To resolve this we have been informed to run ISINTEG.EXE on exchange
(offline) to repair any inconsistencies.
I am unable to find this application anywhere, either on the web, or on
the server (as part of the install). Can anyone point me in the right
direction?
