IS stops after exchange 2003 SP2 installation!!

IS stops after exchange 2003 SP2 installation with the following error:
Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service.
Failed to retrieve msExchUce value from DS (DSVAL in error) - Error
0x80004005.
solutions related to error 0x80004005 from technet is not getting the IS to
start again,
please any help will be highly appreciated
