On event log it shows error EVent ID 4116. I browsed the internet and found some resolution to resolve this issue... I deleted all malformed messages from IMCdata\Out folder. and restart IMS.. everytime I restart IMS I have noticed the size of the message is increasing.. next IMS stops... I have already applied Exchange 5.5 SP4 but to no avail.
