<Soap box time>

To all of you who think that IMF is the end all be all in the war on spam,
and are spending countless hours or days trying to configure it the way you
want it, please take note:

To date, there is only one single solitary way to eliminate spam: Do not use
e-mail!

IMF, like all other avenues, must be a part of a security configuration of
which the war on spam is a part of.

I see many people on here crying about IMF this and IMF that and it is broke
and it should be perfect and all I can say is that is a bunch of hogwash.

While Microsoft is attempting to provide us with tools to use in the war on
spam, no one software vendor can provide perfect solutions for a wide wide
range of things.

IMHO, Microsoft should stick to providing us with the best server
applications, including Exchange, around and leave the add-ins to 3rd
parties who can concentrate on each particular problem best.
