I use One IMC for multiple domains. All you have to do is to point all
the domains to the same MX record, then add the domains in the routing
table as inbound and it should work

In my view, this sounds more like a management issue if you have not had
server performance issue. If both ORG also managed by you, I will not
install another IMC on another ORG.
