Let me know if this turns out to be the problem - I am looking for a free
way to filter spam that doesn't cut off communications with the rest of the
world - so if this is not the culprit - I may try it too!

Yep. Turns out they're using GFI mail essentials which may be sending
it to another folder. Checking now...

Are you using Exchange filtering at all for spam -
I tried this and then suddenly certain clients could not get their
email to go through - I had to remove all the filters and start over -

I have a strange problem where I'm not getting mail from all
external users. I have exchange 2000 server and it appears as though it's
configured correctly in that I can get mail from some external users and not
all nor am I getting any NDR's.
