IIRC, the Outlook today page is a web page.  As such, you *could* modify to
make it gather that information and display it for the user.  Note that it
would be somewhat intensive and would only work when online.

As for some that are already done, I haven't seen any personally, but you
may be able to find something of use on  (something like
infostor might be of interest)

With users connected via Outlook to Exchange 2003, is there a way for users
to show server side details like mailbox size, quota, deleted mailbox size,
number of mesages in mailbox, public folder size and quota, etc?  Any add-on
tools for this?  Not the local PST file but the"stuff"
that resides on the server.
