How to redirect Email

I explain my question :
I would like to have a system that do that :
someone send an email to : contact@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This email arrive on my exchange organisazion (msexchange.org) and it is
redirected to
contact-msexchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
contact-msexchange@xxxxxxxxxxxx is not in my exchange organisazion.
I don't want to create an AD account & a mailbox for :
contact@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I would prefer something like a redirector.
