How to perform Complete Uninstall of Exchange 2K

I've sifted through tons of info on this but is there a sure fire way of
removing exchange 2k fully from my .NET  RC1 box (.NET won't support it,
woops) without leaving a trace? Should I use the CD ----->remove ----> and
then remove from AD?
