How to flag a Message in Exchange Server through program using CDO

Dear All,
How to flag a Message in Exchange Server through program using CDO.
I am not able to find the property to flag/unflag a message as it was in
OUTlook(MAPI).
I need the same property/method to set a flag/unflag to a message as it
was in Outlook.
Please help me in this regard....
