[ExchangeList] How to find the Mail Forwarding

Dear All,
 
I want to know that on "How Many Domain IDs we have e-mail forwarding enable" in my AD    ( User Properties > Exchange Genral > Delevery options > Forwarding Address )
 
Kindly Suggest how can i easily find out this kind of domain IDs. Otherwise i have to check in each and evry user properties.
