This can be done by modifying the Schema, which must be done by an expert
who does it on daily biases.
A mistake there can be the end of your AD.

When i go to my global address list and i search for an employee, by
default it shows their name field, business phone field, office field,
title, company, etc etc.....
Is there a way to change these default settings? So that i may set the
first field to extension perhaps so that the GAL may also be used as a
reference point for users extension numbers etc???
