How to do.....? (Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2003)

Dear all,
I have 3 domains on 3 sites with Windows NT4, SP6 and 1 mail server
(Exchange server 5.5, SP 4).This mail server contains all mailboxes.
Now I want to fresh install Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Exchange
Server 2003 with 1 domain mycompany.com.Ofcourse, I'll have 1 domain in 3
sites. But I want to keep all accounts in 3 domain on 3 sites,the
password, all mailboxes and public folders. How to do it? Please tell
me.Thanks
