If you intend to do it for the whole organization with no exceptions, it is
better to modify the standard organizational forms in the exchange server.

Subject: [ExchangeList] How to disable Reply To All button on exchnage
server 2003
Dear All,
I got a very "strange " request from my management that All Users should not
be able to "Reply To All". They simply want that "Reply to All" button
should not be highlight in Outlook itself.
So is there any way to disable "Reply to All" button from Exchange Server?
I am using Exchange Server 2003.
Any help ???
