Have you just tried compressing the personal folders after you deleted most
of the stuff?
There are options built into outlook for this.

I'm assuming you could also create another personal folder, copy all the
objects up, and be done with the old one. The only problem is that at
times, that can take forever.

pst works much the same way as the exchange store (and all microsoft
programs). once it sucks up the space it doesnt give it back

my suggestion... zip the thing up with maximum compression. probably will
fit on a 1.44mb floppy disk after that

Hi all
I created a personal folder(size 150Mb) that I cannot copy to a 100Mb zip
drive, using Outlook 2000. To reduce the size of that folder, I deleted
most of its content. To my surprise, the folder size remains the same. Any
thoughts on how to decrease the size of my personal folder?
Thanks in advance
Papi
