How to configure the max no. of users listed in Global Address List in OWA for Exchange 2003?

When I use OWA to searches another person in Global Address List (over 900
entries in AD), the result list will not display all possible values (less
than 100) and in random (some A*, B*, C*, ...Z* are shown rather than list
all A* first).
Is there any way to configure the maximum no. of display and force all A*
displayed first, then B* and so on?
