I did what you said when i click "run cleanup agent" then no window is opened,no warning message is displayed.This is normal?Cant i select which kind of messages(read,unread,contacts,)will be deleted?

From Exchange System Manager, administrative groups, servers, expand the correct server, expand first storage group, expand Mailbox Store, select Mailboxes, click Action and then select Run Cleanup Agent

In exchange 5.5 we can clean the contents of the mailboxes from the clean mailbox option in the exchange 5.5 administrator program how can we do this with e2k?
