How to attach a disclaimer

Hello,

In our company following problem occurs:

We have one mailserver with MS Exchange 5.5 servicepack 4 which works for
diffrent companies ex.  unamar.be, portsupport.be, aneka.be, trimar.be,
...
Now we need to attach a disclaimer to the outgoing mail of portsupport.be.
Is there a way to attach the disclaimer only to those e-mail adresses and
not to the others? And if so, how do you do it?
If someone can help me I will be very gratefull.
