I believe the answer to that is "no". An Exchange server can do that for
all mail to a particular recipient.

Subject: [exchangelist] How to Forward emails without changes using outlook?

Hi,

I have used two webmail clients and Pegasus Mail, both of which allow
the user to "bounce" a message to another email address. In this
process, the message is forwarded to another person exactly as it was
sent to the original recipient, with changes made only in the header.
Is there a way to do this with Outlook?

Cheers,
Adrian
