Hosting multiple email domains in Exchange 5.5

I am trying to set up multiple email domains (2 different companies having
email on the same machine) on the same server NT 4.0 SP6a with Exchange
5.5 SP4 on an Intel machine with 1 static IP (a second one could be added
if needed). I could not find any info regarding that. The server is up and
running for 1 domain but I do not know how to add the second. Any help
would be appreciated.
