Hosting mail for part of a DNS domain

I have just set up Small Business Server 2000 in the branch office of a
company. I am having the following problem setting up Exchange:

The users in the office use the same Internet email domain (i.e.
@company.co.uk) as the head office. The head office is not using exchange
for email. This results in the problem that whenever they try to send mail
to people at head office and use the address headofficeuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx,
they get a bounce message because it is looking for the user on the local
exchange server. Is there any way to get Exchange to forward the mail onto
the head office server?
