[ExchangeList] Hosting Exchange

-------------------------------------------------------Guys,
Need some pointers or comparison on Hosting Exchange to a Service Provider.
Some how i am not getting a comfort feeling on hosting to a 3rd Party
Provider. I need some hard, concrete data to back up my words to Management.

I do agree that manageability, cost, Dependency will improve with 3rd Party
but there might be reasons on why i should not host it Outside my network.
