Possible solutions depend upon what is processing the message.

Can't recommend products if do not know for what they need to work with.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Hosted archiving?

I have a client that is interested in pursuing an archiving solution for
space considerations, convenience and some compliance issues. Are there
such things available as hosted archiving without having the mailbox hosted?

Thanks
