Is it a Distribution or Query Distribution group?

If the former, manually remove the the user from the group. If the
latter, modify the query so that the user is not included.

Hey everyone, that worked for taking the person off the Global Address
List, but the person is still under the Employee group list. Her
account also has been disabled, but she's still part of the Employee
group.

John

It'll take a few minutes before Outlook reflects the change.
