OK, please clarify, are your Stores mounted (running), or unmounted (not
running)?
If they are running, try performing an online backup of your Information
Store using an Exchange aware backup program such as the Windows 2000
backup program on your Exchange server.

You should NEVER delete the Exchange log files these are very very
important files.

Dear Mark,
My server is not enought free disk to run Exchange so mailbox storage is
mounted
I sometimes dellete log file, today I dellete all log file in MDBDATA.
Thereforce, I can not dismount mailbox store.
The error is : "Information Store (3104) Database C:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb requires logfiles 3664-3668 in order to
recover successfully. Recovery could only locate logfiles starting at
3668."
Help me !

I use Exch 2k on Win2k Advance SP3
My mailbox store and public store are mounted, the log file is delleted.
I can't dismount them.
