I need to learn to be patient...all is fine...time has fixed it. -----Original Message----- From: Mulnick, Al [mailto:Al.Mulnick@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, December 23, 2004 10:46 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Help!!!! http://www.MSExchange.org/ How long ago? You never removed the mailstore correct? If that's the case, then re-enabling the account should give you access as that user. There is a cache time when you will not be able to access the mailbox. If the system can't even access it to deliver to it, then you need to troubleshoot why that is. I.E. what you did to prevent delivery to that mailstore. Restrictions, etc. Additionally, ensure that the mailstore exists in the database. I deleted the profile and created a new one but it still says "Unable to open default email folders. You do not have permission" -----Original Message----- From: Maglinger, Paul [mailto:PMAGLINGER@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, December 23, 2004 10:25 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Help!!!! http://www.MSExchange.org/ Assuming you're are using Outlook on Windows, did you set up any type of profile? You could try re-creating the profile by going into Control Panel, Mail, then deleting the profile there and setting up a new one for the user. Make sure it can resolve the name, if it can't make sure you don't have the mailbox hidden from the Global Address Book. -----Original Message----- From: Scott Clarke [mailto:scott.clarke@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, December 23, 2004 7:49 To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Help!!!! http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi all, A few months ago an employee of ours resigned. At that time I disabled his user account. Now management wants access to his mailbox. I have enabled the account and logged on as the user account but get the message somewhat like "Cannot open Information Store. You do not have permissons" when trying to open Outlook to add Delegates. Also when I email this user I get a System Administrator Undevilerable message stating that: "The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator" What's up with this...they need access ASAP ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: pmaglinger@xxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: scott.clarke@xxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: al.mulnick@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: scott.clarke@xxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
