MailEssentials from www.gfi.com is great, you could also look at Block and
Tackle from www.turbogeeks.com and the Open Relay Filter from
www.vamsoft.com

Subject: [exchangelist] Hello

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi Everyone:

I need some help. We keep on getting unwanted spam and porn mailed to staff
members in our organization.

Can someone suggest a good filtering system?

We are running Exchange 5.5.

Thanks,

Alex.
