What version of Outlook?
Do they have any client side AV software installed?

What is different between the users that it happens to and the users
that it does not happen to?

You might want to take a look at they have a
utility called "Watch Your Back" that will handle duplicate emails, I
have seen it a few times and the client AV software always seems to be
the problem.

Subject: [exchangelist] Grrrr....

A few of my users are now receiving numerous copies of the same message
over a couple of days - this is unacceptable, especially as it never
happened in Lotus and im getting a bit frustrated with this.

Does anyone have any idea why this has started happening???

Any help would be most appreciated.
