[ExchangeList] Granted full mailbox access rights; user only able to see Inbox

-------------------------------------------------------Exchange 2003 SP2 
(up-to-date with latest updates) and Outlook 2003
SP2 (up-to-date with latest updates).  In ADUC I have provided another
user (secretary) full mailbox access via ADUC.  When I add the mailbox
for the other user to their MAPI profile (in Advanced), I do not see
any error messages yet when I display all the folders in Outlook I
only see the other users Inbox.  I have restarted Outlook; still no
go.  Any ideas?
