Hi there, I have a scenario where a small office with 5 employees need to SHARE a mailbox. They all want to see the same emails, and be able to reply to them. Also, each outgoing email should be sent from the company, that is a single email address - because we need replied to be viewable to everyone as well. On top of that, i do not need to keep the sent items viewable to everyone (unlike the incoming mail) but this is optional, since i mostly care about the incoming mail. I've tried and read alot of articles and searched microsoft's KB and exchange forums for a long time but still couldn't find a good solution. What i have currently is a public folder which is mail-enabled, this folder receives incoming mail with the shared address. I need a way to send the outgoing mail with a specific address (the public folder address) and not with the user's mailbox. Please reply if you think you could help, Thank you! Guy Hirsch
