I found this problem 2 weeks ago. You´ll find every cause: in server and in the
client:

(in the server):

a) Verify the disk space in Exchange server (storage disks are full?) and
restart;

b)       Or http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;289969

(in the client):

a) Remove the ost file and recreate it again; and

b)       Clients updated??? or

c)       http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324918

[]´s,

            Denis Augusto

When doing the last step, downloading the address book, I receive an error:
"The Operation failed. An object could not be found."
