RE: Global Address List Problem

They were using OSTs, and they want to keep it that way.

I had multiple problems, all solved now. The original server crashed and
burned about 6 months ago. The new server had a different name, so the GUID
for the public folders was wrong. Secondly, the association with the
'Offline Address Book' was missing from all the message stores. (Presumably
a result of the first problem)

I followed the instructions about resetting the GUID for the public store,
then re-associated all the messages stores' offline address book settings
and now everything works good.
