I have a problem with users running Outlook 2003 Cached exchange mode. The address book they receive is old. It contains bad contact information. The users running Previous versions of Outlook, or outlook 2003 in non cached mode have the correct information in the global address book. How can I flush this out? I selected to rebuild the 'Offline address book' but it didn't make a difference. I even deleted it and created a new one. Still nothing. Help>? Tony
