Of course the news story makes the situation appear much worse than it
really is, although no one can argue the importance of email.  I don't
use GFI products, but the mistake they have made could have been
avoided with a bit more effort in their testing department. 
Especially when they rely on 3rd party products.

GFI has some work to do, and so does their competition.  We can all
learn a lesson here.
