Alexey, First of all, let me ask this - Did your Exchange stores start correctly on the Exchange servers before installing GFI? Do you show any errors or codes in your event logs? Secondly, it is of my opinion - if you have the funding and can afford to separate services from Exchange I feel it is best to do so. There are already enough 'things' that can negatively affect Exchange (especially in cluster environments) so why introduce another variable such as GFI. If it were me, and this is how I have my configuration - I would leave the cluster for Exchange ONLY services and implement a GFI server on another standalone server in SMTP mode. Have the two systems separate allows for more flexibility in trouble shooting. Also take into count the recent blunder by GFI in pushing out a bad Virus update for Bitdefender. The fix called for a reboot and stopping IIS services. If you have GFI installed on the Exchange server, especially where mailboxes and Public Folders are homed, you would have negatively affected all of your end users by following the steps in the 'fix'. As Steve mentions below - Call GFI for support. They can at least assist you with getting GFI running or completely removed from your cluster environment depending on your plans for deployment. I think you will have much more success if you put GFI on a Front End stand alone server and keeping your backend Exchange services separate on the clusters. Just my two cent though. Steve Moffat answered me and I followed the procedure <http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001516> http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001516 . My one is an active passive cluster, and I'm using the MailSecurity v8.1. But when I finish installing and configuring it in cluster administrator, the Exchange Information Store stops and don't start in neither of the nodes. Can somebody help me? Thanks in Advance Alexey Fernandez Suarez
