Thank you for replying. Installation is very straight-forward, so I don't know
if this is configuration issue. To make things worse, we also resell and
install GFI software for our customers. Only time we had problem with it is
with Exchange SP3. Unfortunately I don't have troubleshooter files, because we
have to run without Mail Security to keep email going. But maybe this can help:
after Mail Security was installed and server restarted, There was message that
service or driver failed. There was no explanation which service or driver, but
I noticed that NDISKIO failed to start. I think this is Norman service/driver.

I work at GFI and I am disappointed to see that you had problems with GFI
MailSecurity. The problem you are experiencing is very strange and
I suspect that you have some misconfiguration somewhere.
Can you please send me your troubleshooter files? Also did you install GFI
MailSecurity on the same machine as Exchange 2000? From your email it seems
that it is on the same machine however when installing on the same machine we
do not in ANY way integrate at SMTP level but integrate using MS VS API.

Hello,
We had big problems with GFI Mail Security. After installing it, there was no
outgoing SMTP mail. Incoming was fine. Exchange had SP3 installed. To fix it, I
had to remove GFI, remove Exchange and IIS, and than install IIS and Exchange
again.
Anyone else has experience with this?
