If your users are using win2k or xp, make sure that they are ticking use dial 
up networking at logon.

        Sounds to me like your dns settings are not correct-If you clients are 
having problems logging on-can you confirm that you've made the necessary 
changes to the dns settings or are they as are installed automatically as per 
the install routine.
