        Hello there.

Just checking: Are The organization name, site name, server name all
exactly the same the previous server? If not, reinstall it.

If yes, you must run isinteg -patch againt your database, assuming
you made a off line restore.

Check that and tell us if that worked out.

        Regards

Subject: [exchangelist] Full Restore

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello Everyone,

I am running an Exchange 5.5 SP4 server and just had to rebuild it. After
installing and serice packing Exchange exactly the way it was, I restored
the information store and directory from tape. Now I cannot get the
services to start. Are their additional steps to getting the server up and
running? Thanks.

Jerry
